Mermaid Deku, Prince Todoroki and pirate Bakugou!

King Todoroki pays pirates to capture mermaids that he eats so he can gain their power, but his son hates him for this and plans to put a stop to his inhumane ways. 

Bakugou is a pirate that is out to put a stop to mermaid hunting as a promise he made to Deku when they were kids.

Deku is at a crossroads when he gains feeling for the prince and the pirate. What's an adorable merman to do?
